I originally saw this painting in my AP US History textbook in high school and after that year was over I forgot the title and I have been searching for this painting for about 6-7 years, and it just showed up today on the Met’s facebook page. I couldn’t believe that it just fell into my lap like this.
I would love to own a giclee of this one day
